I was very scared of dogs at first, but when Murphy — one of the dogs Speechless was fostering — came into my life, it totally changed the way I look at dogs. Later during the lockdown, my family and I decided to get a dog, and that's how Noddy came into our lives. He is a very important part of our lives now and I cannot imagine living without him. Thank you Speechless for making me fall in love with dogs.

I was never scared of dogs, but I didn't particularly like them either. After seeing Speechless's work with animals, it just touched my heart. I started going out with the Speechless team to feed the strays and realised how friendly they really are! I have also started feeding three stray dogs in my area daily. But one day, as I was randomly scrolling through Instagram, I came across this page @speechless.in and just couldn't stop myself from watching every one of their videos. I got inspired, and slowly I stopped ignoring the stray animals and started petting and feeding them instead. Trust me, the happiness I felt after helping them cannot be explained in words. I loved dogs since childhood, but my parents never allowed me to keep one. I decided I'd get one when I was big enough to take care of him — and then I grew up, had responsibilities, and wasn't ready. Then I came across an Instagram page named Speechless. I loved what they were doing and started doing it too. Now I have so many stray dog friends and they just love me. Helping the strays fulfilled my all-time wish of having a pet — I get to have ten stray buddies.
